What an agent is, and is not
An agent is an independent business that helps you with the request and the steps around it. It is not BE FORWARD itself. Ask any agent clearly what they do and what other parties do.
Questions to ask
Which costs are included in a quote? What happens if a vehicle is unavailable? Who handles shipping and clearance? What is confirmed in writing?
